You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are generally non-refundable, including for partial months or unused reports. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit — for example, for a duplicate charge or a documented billing error. To request one, email info@compagent.io within 30 days of the charge.
If a renewal payment fails, we keep your plan active while Stripe retries the charge. If it cannot be collected, the account moves to the free tier rather than losing access mid-month.
Subscribing takes a card, and the first 7 days are free. We do not charge the card until the trial ends; cancel before then and you are not charged at all. After the trial the plan you chose renews at its listed price until you cancel.
Accounts created under our earlier offer of 3 free reports with no card on file keep those reports. They are a one-time allowance rather than a monthly one, and choosing a paid plan is what continues the service once they are used.
